February 2024

Planning for the needs of families and children in Haiti

Dear Nancy

Happy February! We are looking forward to a great year, with partners, sponsors, donors and friends like you. Speaking of our sponsors and donors, recently we sent out the 2023 giving statements by email or mail. If you did not receive your statement, please respond to this email, and we will follow up with you.

This past weekend, the Board was able to spend an uninterrupted day of strategic planning, with great discussion on future goals, which we look forward to sharing with you as they unfold. Thank you to Board member Frank Ditore and his wife Susan, for their hospitality in hosting our planning
session.

The board discussed many topics focused on deploying our resources to better support the families and children in Haiti who we are blessed to be supporting. The HH4HC board works hard to insure that every dollar you provide goes to work immediately in Haiti!

On Sunday, we were honored to participate in First Baptist Church of Monroe Mission Partners Sunday, which gave us the opportunity to share about Haitian Homes with the church and thank them for their partnership with us.

As one of the many organizations that First Baptist supports, their commitment to local and international missions is inspiring. We are grateful to our board member, Sallie Eckles, as our liaison to First Baptist Mission Committee.

Haitian Homes is always looking for churches and civic organizations with which to share our program, so please let us know if you would like to make that connection for us.

Going forward you may notice changes to our communications, as we implement a new cost-effective, streamlined system, geared toward non-profits. As we consolidate to one centralized platform, we will be reaching out to confirm your contact information, so we can keep in touch through various media.

We are always welcoming your support and invite you to help our mission in Haiti. Feel free to use the link below to continue to support the families and children who are being given a new life in Haiti!

Note From Nancy

The situation in Haiti continues to be very volatile, and we are keeping in touch with our staff in Haiti, checking on their safety and the well-being of our students and their families. Please keep Jeremie and all of Haiti in your prayers, for God to provide a way to a more stable environment.

As always, it is you, our sponsors, partners, donors and friends, who keep Haitian Homes For Haitian Children strong. May you be blessed for your spirit of generosity and love.

Blessings,

Nancy Coker, Executive Director & President
